Thank you so much for sorting out my computer. I hadn’t used it for ages because it was completely gummed up by all the downloads and programmes added by the children and it took so long to open I couldn’t even be bothered to use it. It is now back to how it was when it was new but even better as it’s faster. Also it’s wonderful to know that you can now access it online to sort out any other problems I have. As you know I am completely computer illiterate and if anything pops up with a technical message I panic. Great job. Thanks a million.

Hi Jason, just a quick email to show off our computing skills!!!! and to say thank you for all your help in setting up our computer and printer, we would never have done it with out you. The computer is proving invaluable, as we’re newly retired to West Sussex, we use it daily to keep in touch with family & friends. We’ve successfully downloaded and printed our holiday photos, thanks to your patience in explaining it to us. Also it was good to know if we messed up we could call you.
